What else do I need?

Ok I'm going to tear this thing down next weekend, I've been doing a lot of research to make it reliable.

I got an

Egr Delete
New oil cooler
STC fix kit
Turbo drain upgrade
SCT tuner
Cold air intake
New glow plugs
and I will flush the coolant

Any other things I should address while I got it apart?

I plan on yanking the 6.0 out in a year or so. It looks like it is a pretty big job to do head studs so I am just going to pray they hold till then lol.

Well then looks good. Really, you only need studs with 500+hp. Them going with stockish power levels is because of EGR cooler or oil cooler failures. Oh and you're putting a EC-1 rated ELC in right?

yes I am putting the ELC in it. I only got the economy, Tow and Street tunes for the SCT just so I wouldn't be tempted to load any hotter tunes in hopes it will save the HG lol.

Yes oil supply and return gasket and o-rings for the turbo just make sure you mark the turbo housing and the base so you know where it goes also use some anitsese on the fins and unison ring. Pm...Sent
