programmer question

Hi everyone im new to the diesel world and programmers too. I have a 2006 f250 with 112000 on it. Iam getting an egr delete put on saturday and picki.g up a sct x3 today. My question is what is the going rate for a custom tune. I need to erase the egr delete error messages iam gonna b getting and would like a gas milage tune. Prob more later but just seeing what the average is? Dont know anything about my stragety yet or even know what that means yet. Lol. Please help.

download the new update from sct it will have the egr delete option.

most tuners give (package deals) if you purchase the SCT and tunes from them at the same time. it's pretty much the best way to go because if need to get one anyways. every company was different prices. i would say for 1 individual tune anywhere from $40-80 and sometimes you can get 3 tunes for $100. in most cases the higher power or extreme tunes are more expensive but when driven sensibly can create the best mileage.
