240cc injectors
I was wondering I am wanting to put a bigger turbo and 240cc injectors but have been told tha even with a bigger turbo my egts would be too high to pull a trailer and that is why I have the truck in the first place but it is damn fun to go fast and have all the power you could need to race and sled pull any input would be great thanks

Yes with 240cc injectors you can forget towing. You could get away with it wroth a good set of compounds and maybe some water but it would still be a pain.

thats what I was afraid of whats the biggest I could go with like 190 or 200 till I get another truck still gotta use this one to pull with

190s would be pushing it. I would recommend 175s. Not saying it cant be done on 190s but I wouldn't recommend it.

And are you keeping the factory turbo?

I sure hopes he's not planning on it. OP post up what kind of money youre looking to spend and if youre planning to upgrade turbos or not
My recommendations if you are towing 10k on a stock turbo are 155cc injectors.. 175cc with a powermax upgrade My goals down the road are 155cc injectors and a 64mm s300 non vgt for towing |
