Read my post on this thread, post #14.
snow performance... If your looking for MPG, then don't get the snows stage 2. I've never seen any increase. I mostly use mine for towing to give me a little more power and keep the EGT's down on the long hills. |

Thanks.
And I saw you put the tank under the hood. I was thinking I'm my tool box. Idk and the mpg max kit sprays all the time right ? So how long will a tank last. Correct me if I'm wrong but the mpg comes with a 7 gal tank? That crazy big. Since washer fluid is about a $1 a gallon say it's $10 to fill up the tank. Am I going to gain anything . or would I just be re aranging money? I know thats a lot of questions bear with me Sent from my iPhone using Autoguide |

The small injector set at 2psi, is where you gain the mpg. Your gonna need to wait for someone to chime in that has the stage 3 kit, to see actual mpg gain. |

If your looking for mileage then I wouldn't do water/meth. I didn't notice much of any diffence with my AEM kit, but IDK about the snow kit. If lyou want pics I'll post em'

Ok well it was to big of a PITA not to brag about how I did my install so here are some pics!
Ok this is where I put the 2 nozzles ![]() I used the winshield washer bottle as my tank. If it looks like it was a pain to get the pump down there, then your right ![]() I used a piece of brake line as a draw tube epoxy-ed into the top of the tank ![]() Here is where I put the controller. I have it set to start at 5 psi and be at full pressure at 25. ![]() This light comes on when the system is injecting methanol. BTW I love my DiPricol gauges. ![]() Here is where my switch is. Left one is Strobe lights, middle is Methanol, right is my EBPV. There all different colors, yellow, greeen, and red respectively

So the $1000 for the kit is kind of a waste of money?

IMO, if your just trying to gain MPG, then it's a waste of money. If you want to lower EGT and gain power, then it's good.

IMHO if your trying to gain power then their are better "bang for your bucks" as far as gaining power. I think to efectively lower egt's you need either an insane kit or other more traditional methods (turbo, intercooler)

well then im saying no to water meth
i guess im on the quest for power now. whats next? besides studs and egr delete. i was looking at the banks techni cooler. i drove a 6.0 with an edge programer and a techni coller and i thought it hauled major a$$. they claim mpg. lower egt's ect... any thoughts on that? im not a big fan of banks but
