Questions on Powermax

I have the option to buy a used powermax with "1500" miles on it...

My question is if for some reason it is in need of some repairs when i get it, is it possible to rebuild it??

or send it off to get rebuilt for a reasonable price???

Is $650 a good price even if it is a little rough???

Its coming off of Ebay fwiw..

I think this would be a nice addition with a new tune and an airdog even on stock injectors

$650 is a great price. I'm running it with my stock injectors and it flat out scoots! As you can see, I'm pretty happy with mine!

I'm not sure if Garrett has started selling a "rebuild" kit for it, although a reputable turbo shop should be able to tell you.

The guy sent me pictures of it (not the greaest pics)

he swears there is nothing wrong with it and the reason of selling is because he bought a 6.4

He also has a 100% feedback score as a seller so????

Yes. The tunes I had from my stock turbo worked just fine, but the new tunes really woke the truck up! It was a significant difference!
