Regulated Fuel Return
How hard is this to install and do you have to do any tuning to get it set up right?

Pretty involved to install, but I believe you only have to set up the regulator to the correct PSI.

Depends on the health of the fuel pump. I would say you could run 155's with a healthy fuel pump and a regulated return.
