Electronics is not my specialty what so ever but I was reading somewhere on here that you can make a smoke switch using one of your up-lifter switches. It was a little more work but would look much cleaner than stickin a fast and furious switch on ur dash.

Just get a single throw toggle switch. Just get one you like and put it in an inconspicous place because it is neat for about a week, then you will want to take it off after your turbo starts sticking from all the soot you are building on the vanes.

Here we go again. Why may I ask do you want a smoke switch? Is it that important to you to go around smoking folks out?

This describes my smoke switch experience exactly. It's not cool for long.

Yea, I thought about this too, but after helping pull and clean a friends turbo, I quickly reconsidered. And yes Granny, sometimes it is that important to smoke the a-hole in the convertable BMW that tried to cut you off in traffic out. But then you realize the whole sooted turbo really sucks so you just get in front of him and brake check the hell outta him while he's talkin' on his cell phone. Those little cars don't handle near as well in the ditch.

If you want to tear your stuff up just to make a point, then be my guest. Oh and while you are at it, go ahead and make the rest of us ( diesel owners) look worse in the eyes of the public than we already do. Thanks for your maturity. I will step down from my soapbox now. I believe everyone knows where I stand on smoke and smoke switches.
