Well I get my tuner (yesterday) and go out to the garage to plug it in. Now the package DID NOT contain the piece of paper with instructions on how to load the tunes, but I am a smart guy I can figure it out. THEN the SCT reads "no custom tunes found." So I call IDP and they act like it was a minor mistake. Turns out, nobody wrote down my info and I had to tell the sales guy all my information again (mods, credit card, shipping info). So this has me a little tweaked. But I don't lose my cool because they say they will email the tunes to me shortly.
It's now four hours later, and no email received. I call the receptionist, because it is "after hours" and she acts as though I am bothering her and my request is crazy. I understand they are busy, but when someone spends $509 you'd think they would have their correctly functioning product by now..
...needless to say, last time I ever spend a dime at IDP. Which doesn't matter in the grand scheme of things, but it's helping me cope with it

Sounds like you have the same kind of luck I do with vendors. Its amazing how many times I have been screwed by vendors. I dont have any exp with IDP myself though.

you wont read that here. When posts like that pop up the thread gets closed and censored to look like the op is just trying to cause problems and the vendors are never wrong. In fact my post will probably be deleted soon.
