These guys have you on track. Once you have tunes and supporting mods (EGR delete, studs, fuel, and IMO filtration) you're looking at injector and turbo upgrades.
One thing I will add, if you haven't already, I'd consider re-gearing your diffs to "recover" your lost power. That can be done for around $1K depending on the brand of gears you choose and how proud the shop is of their work. Still cheaper than either a turbo or injectors.
Any way you look at it, 400-450 hp is about the point on a 6.0 it starts to cost real $$$$ to make more power.
