I just put the mbrp turbo back on my truck super bowl weekend and had no complaints during the install. Everything fits perfect and doesn't rub at all, unlike my old Silverline. I don't have any experience with the diamond eye but can tell you you wont be disappointed with the mbrp.

get the mbrp, i have the diamond eye, and let me tell ya it was a pain in the arse to install. there is also some cutting involved with the install, i dont think you have to cut anything with mbrp kit. hands down mbrp.

With a straight pipe there is no difference in sound, pipe is pipe. However there is a significant difference in fit and finish when it comes to exhaust. I have installed many mbrp systems on my personal trucks and other people's trucks and they are by far the easiest/best fitting systems I have ever dealt with.

i have diamond. i thought it was great. fit perfect u only have to cut one peice depending on your bed configuration. but my choice depended on price and i got my diamond eye with tip and stainless steel for way under mbrp price. and i beleive mbrp regular kits come with a 3.5 inch down pipe if you want to a true 4 inch i believe you have to order it but i could be wrong i just remember reading a thread about it.
