mass airflow on 2005 f250

i have just put the edge evolution in my 2005 ford f250 6.0. and it threw a code for the mass airflow sensor . i found out that my truck does not come with a mass airflow sensor. i am thinking about just adding it so the fault can go away. did anyone come across with this problem, if so what did yall do.

your truck does have a mass air flow sensor, all 6.0's do...... although usually aftermarket intakes throw that code, not the chip. the sensor is the connector right behind your engine oil dipstick on the cold air intake.......Marc
