Edge insight problems

Do anybody know why my edge insight is blank now? I dont have any trouble codes and I made sure I had the latest update from Edge. My screen lights up green like I had it set up, there is just nothing there. When I unplug it and plug it back in, it flashes purple first then back to green. Also, before the insight would turn off after my truck is turned off. Now if I turn my truck off, the insight stays on, but blank. Any help would be much appreciated if anyone every had this issue. Thanks.

Mine did the same thing a few weeks back.. I called insight and they wiped and reflashed the unit while I was one the phone. Works like new now. The guy on the phone said it happens to a couple units each year.

Sounds like a plan right there. Hit up Edge and see what they can do.
