I dont know how to take a video

Okay so a couple weeks ago i got the looney tune, loaded it up and drove around for a day or 2. Got on here and asked some questions because i felt the looney tune wasn't anything over my canned performance tune. i was assured that my looney tune had to be faster than my canned tune and i probably just couldn't tell the difference because i have a 6 spd. Well saturday night one of my cummins rivals came through a parking lot where i was and left and blew smoke and blah blah. So i pulled out to show him a thing or 2 feeling confident in my looney tune that was suppposed to be bad ***. I've raced this guy before with the canned performance tune and it was a close race but i always kept infront, So with my new looney tune i figured i'd walk on him since it was so much better than my canned tune right? HELL NO! He embarrassed me. Then of course my phone rings bc he wants to poke and talk chit. I tell him to pull over in the next parking lot so i can retune and we can run em again, I loaded the canned performance tune and told him lets see what happens. we get back out on the road again and hit it and we stay even for a second then i slowly start to creep away. So right now im a little confused and dissapointed in custom tunes to say the least.

Advice please. Sorry for the long post

We can lead a horse to water, but we can't make him drink.

My helpful advice is to call Vivian and let her know what is going on. This is not live tuning where the tuner can work with the truck real time in person and get the tune just right. Sometimes you have to go back and forth a few times and fine tune things.

Don't just slap the tune on and if it isn't perfect the first time start complaining about it. Work with your tuner to get the tune the way you want it. That's what makes it a CUSTOM tune. Every motor responds a little differently. Look at the NASCAR shops that will build 2 identical motors. One runs like a raped ape and the other is a middle of the pack motor.

By the way. This doesn't in any way prove you aren't crazy.

I would have gotten a Gearhead tune. I haven't read one bad post about Matt's tunes(I am sure there are some) and it seems a lot more people have tried Matts tunes over Vivians.
