upgrading a erased computer

SO I have an edge tuner now, I updated it and it erased my computer and is throwing an error code. Basically I guess I will have to go through hell trying to get this fixed but currently my truck will not start or anything. My question is if I just buy a sct tuner, will it fix this or do I have to have it fixed first. This is a bunch of crap, I knew I should have just got a sct from innovative from the start

No gotta go to Ford. SCT wont do you any good because it needs a stock file to remember and if yours is erased it has nothing to download etc. Ford is gonna have to flash your truck and get it back to normal.
