Angry Computer Illiterate & SCT = &%$^^*%

No matter what I try I cannot get my computer to bring up the download screen ..I put in the CD ,saved the program , when I try to open up the little SCT Icon instead of opening up the program it just goes thru the installation process again think I'm just gonna send the damn thing back and let them change the tunes

I know they have instructions and tried to follow them , I wish they would make it easier for us stuipid folks to comprehend

After you install the program to your PC, you will need to run it through the programs menu within windows.

Choose Start -> Programs(All Programs) -> SCT You'll see the updater Icon there.

Ha!! I had to do the same thing when I first got my SCT.

If you ever get you truck studded, you should ask Vivian about the Looney Wild!! Great tune for daily driving and by the seat of pants has a little more power than the Looney.

Lilpooh , I did not have the street tune loaded on programmer, roads are too wet and slick right now for the looney ....If I don't watch out its gonna put me in a ditch sideways ..lol
this thing with the Looney reminds me of a short wheelbase single cab truck I had back in school with a 454 in it !!!
need to drop down just to the street tune untill things are not so muddy and dry up some :-)
