How do I get more turbo noise? Does like a wicked wheel make it whistle more?

I've got an 05 king ranch with dual mbrp exhaust s&b intake sct tune. A guy I know said to use an earlier 6.0 turbo? It doesn't seem to whistle like some of the other trucks I see drive around

An '03 turbo will give you a louder whistle, or a powermax. you get the 03 sound and performance gains. And if you have a muffler or cat removing those will increase your whistle

I just have straight 4 inch all the way ill look into the powermax though thanks

not a problem, Make sure you talk have your tunes revised for that turbo too.

Turbo from a 2003 6.0 will do the trick.

Used 03 turbo -- $300-400
New Powermax -- $1300

Performance gains over your current set up for either turbo on stock injectors is minimal.

You can get a '03 turbo from HPTurbos for about $800 and a 1yr unlimited mile waranty if you wanna cough up alittle more than for a used one ..
