Yes. I would not use them. For me and this situation, I am going to play it safe and keep using racor filters.

Here is a copy of a paragraph from there site. I wouldn't trust it in my 6.0. Ford designed the oil filter bypass so if the stock filter ever gets clogged, it will bypass the filter so you will at least have oil lubricating your motor. The key to engine life on any motor is good/timely maitanence schedule.

It looks like if you use there filters and they become clogged, it won't bypass the oil, causing no oil to flow thru the motor.
