SCT Question

I bought an x3 a couple weeks ago tried to install the tunes. The installation had a problem and it wouldn't go back to stock so I took the truck to ford and they reflashed the truck. Today I bought some custom tunes for my new straregy but the x3 still thinks my truck is programmed with the other strategy and still has the old stock file. Can I just load my custom tunes like all is well or do I need to do something so my truck doesn't turn into an expensive paper weight again. Thans for your help!

I thought the x3 unlocked its self? I tried to program it and it gives me a 1034 error code so I guess ill call sct tomorrow.
