How many miles?
machine the heads, coolant filter, bypass oil filter, updated turbo oil drain tube, drill out or buy bigger fuel banjos, clean the intake manifold, wrap the exhaust manifolds up-pipes and down pipe, fuel psi gauge, oil psi gauge, check your FICM.

Swamps ficm's use heavier electrical components than oem and also use lead solder instead of leadfree. Ten times the ficm for around the same dollar as ford. I've been running one for three months, starting it at 0-15 below the last couple of days, she fires right up with very little effort. One of the best investments i've made on my truck.

I have the same year truck, and did the same tear down as you last year.

Heres my list of parts:

Black Onyx HG's
ARP Studs
Send heads to machine shop, mine were near perfect, no cutting needed
Updated HPOP STC fitting
HPOP screen (should have bought the stainless aftermarket!)
Intake manifold sent to machine shop for cleaning
Intake manifold gaskets
Updated turbo drain tube
Diesel Site coolant filter
Oil cooler replacement kit from Ford
Injector seals/o-rings
Glow plugs & harness'
Fuel filters
Predrilled exhaust manifold for EGT probe and put in 1/8" NPT plug
EGR Delete

Probably missed a few other things.
