Does anyone know what hp and tq u get from the pre loaded street and performance tunes that come on the sf3

Those numbers will vary on the strategy of your truck, but a good ballpark.

On the tuner I says my strategy is vxcf9h7 and tqck0hz

The street has more HP? thought that was the safest to use?
