programmer loading but truck dies

Hey guy i got a question i got have a diablo sport preadetor prormmer out of my truck and i tryed to put it in my service truck an F550 it will load and truck starts but when i put it in gear the truck dies thats on a tow tone. dose anyone know why this is? I know that sct is the best but we just wanted to see if it was going to make much of a difference on the spool up time its slow off the line. i did an egr delete and put a bigger turbo on it already.

a bigger turbo may be the cause of the slow spooling.
