sct at my house today

The UPS man dropped off my sct and my edge insight today. Already hooked up the edge. Pulled my strategy with sct and e-mailed to IDP. Anyone know the turn around time for them to get the tunes back to you? I know I need to download a program to my computer to load my new tunes but cant find it anywhre on there site. Any in fo would be great thanx.

Go to SCT's files. Select tech support Select downloads pick your device download X3/livewire updater.

As to Erics turnaround time you should have it anywhere from 24 hours or less to a day or two depending on his workload

What computer and OS are you using?

If its a Mac it wont work

do i need to download firmware before the update

You will need the firmware but that shouldnt stop the download of the updater software.

Whats the file extension?

FIGURED IT ALL OUT.You actually need to read the directions from tech support not scan threw them. now i will have a beer and what for my tunes
