Checking Codes ?

I have an older Hypertech ( I think ) programmer that I cannot use .
It will not interface with my ECM since the dealer did reprogramming about a year ago ( or at least it will not download the programmers per say , I called the company and they said that it was obsolete and would give me a trade allowance for the upgraded one ) ....... as I posted on here my 6.0 is way down on power on another thread ,
If I can get this thing download the diagnostics ? which it should ? I hope ...

Think you guys could dechiper the codes ???

It was a SuperChips Programmer I have ...
here are the Codes it Pulled off >
DTC3 PO336
DTC2 PO404
DTC1 PO460

Besides telling me what these mean , can anyone tell me WHAT to do to get them fixed and is it something I can do ? or does it have to see the Dealers again ?
Do these codes have anything to do with why my truck runs without full power ?

P0336 is a crank sensor code
P0404 is an EGR code Is your EGR deleted?

P0460 tells me your fuel level sender is bad

Dave,
EGR is not deleted yet
Fuel sending unit is probably because I have an aux. tank hooked up and tank is completely full to filler neck when I run valve open ? possibly over stroking sending unit arm ?
Crank sensor ..don't have a clue about unless it has failed and dealer told me it was my HPOP ? that put it in the shop awhile back ! if so thats a crappy deal !

I cleared the codes but did not get a chance to drive it last night , if something is wrong it should re-issue the codes right ???
