missing shifts with custom sct tunes

When I run my custom "hot tune" on my sct my tranny will kick into neutral from first to second gear. Tranny shifts perfect on x street tune but not on hot tune. These are custom tunes from innovative.

I'd say you need to call Innovative and tell them what's going on. I'm sure they'll be able to help you out.

Talked to innovative they said the tune is fine and I need to replace shift selenoids. Only happens on x race which they said 99% of the time is caused from a faulty selenoid not keeping up with the demands put on them. Now I'm wondering if I should replace them all (7) at $825 or figure out which is faulty. It misses shifts from 1-2 or 2-3 does anyone know which selenoids are responsible for these shifts? Thanks
