Surging going on with my 6.0 (help)

I just picked my 2003 6.0 from our closest Ford dealer about two weeks ago. They installed a new ficum and fixed a few other problems in the wiring. Anyway my truck now has a surging going on when acceleratiing, mostly when it is cold. It has to be completly warm or it will surge. It just about goes away when it is warm. Does it with or without the tune in. I noticed it real bad on the bypass running 75 mph and about 2200 rpm. It never did it before, not blaming on shop, just woundering if something else is starting as soon as i picked up and paid the big bill..lol
