Help me choose PLEASE ! Insight Vs Livewire
Getting ready to start the upgrades. I'm pretty set on the SCT because of overwhelming popularity. Also leaning towards a multifunction monitor over analog gauges just because of the fact there are so many things to monitor and the cost of gauges. Should I go with an SCT X3 and an Insight or the SCT Livewire. Both would do about the same thing right? Opinions or experience with both requested. I'm going to do an EGR delete also but I want to check readings before and after with the monitor so I'm doing that first. Thanks in advance.

Livewire is so large and bulky. Be sure you know where you want to install it if you decide to go that way.

Insight with out a doubt. I originally purchased the LW and found it to be bulky and had the appearance of a cheap Chinese toy. The Insight will do so much more and look so much better.

Insight... no doubt

hands down you should go with a X3 and an insight.... best combo on the market right now...
the livewire is big and bulky and has no pod available for it.. so you have to suction mount it to the windshield.... the CS insight has an optional dash pod that fits it perfectly... we can give you a great deal on the package setup if your interested... -Raul |

I have not used the livewire but I have been using the insight. I really like it.

Thanks for the input everyone. Actually thinking about the CTS with the optional backup camera. Is there a pod for the CTS available? Anyone have one that could post a pic? Any pics of any setups would be great.
