Airdog 2 i have questions
I just bought an Airdog 2.. My questions are.. should i go ahead and have it installed or wait till the weather warms up? Right now its about a high of 20 degrees F if that. second should I do the Regulated Return or just a cross over line to equal the pressure? Thanks in advace

Install the AD. It's designed to help your truck and prolong the life of the injectors. With the AD2 you don't need to have a regulated return. If anything get the upgraded fuel pressure regulator kit that gets the improved spring that helps keep the pressure up in the system.
I've read to set the AD2 to 60+ PSI and let the OEM regulator do it's job. Do you have a fuel pressure gauge? I just read your sig line...nevermind the spring. |

Yes I do have a fuel psi gauge that is hooked to the oem regulator.. I was just wondering what to buy next for the fuel system so when I decide to do injectors I have the fuel supply all taken care of.... Thanks for your input

I'd say your good. Get the new injectors and watch the fuel pressure. If you have issues you can step up to a RR system at that time. Saves some bucks in the short run.

So just install the AD2 and dont worry about dead head unless it goes below 50 psi right?

Yes, I have a AD2 and not crossover line in the back. Its set at 60 and only drops to about 58-55 max.

Nope stock trans. How big of one? I've towed about 6-7k with out problems.

its a 24 foot enclose race trailer... dry its 3500, loaded i am not for sure I run erics x-street tune and run fine with it so I know its under 10k. How is the trans holding up with the power?

you should be just fine then. Trans is fine so far. I think it can handle it just fine.
