what is the best way to go

Okay guys what is the best way to go. Not sure if my head gasket is blowen or not but in case it is what parts do i need to put a new head gasket in. I need an list of everything that im going to need to do the job. I was also looking at a set of heads on alagator performance for 1600 too but what else should i replace when im this far in. If someone could give me a complete list of parts and seals that i am going to need to complete this job would be great as we do not have any stores way up here that have these parts in town.
