6.0 up pipe question

Does anyone make the solid passenger side up pipe with the EGR scoop still intact.

Is this all you need to delete your EGR and avoid problems down the road?

Its not the best way to do it. But it stops the hot exhaust gasses from entering the EGR cooler.

The best way to do it would be a full delete

I was looking at the Sinister Kit; is this a good kit?

Sinister is an ok kit. Nothing wrong with it.

I have the bulletproof diesel kit. I like it.

If you block the egr exhaust at the up pipe and unplug the egr valve. That will be a full egr block.

No it wont be.

You still have coolant flowing through the egr cooler itself

Yeah but you still dont have a full block.

If the cooler fails for some reason the coolant can still flow into the cylinders and hydrolock your engine
