if i go to the dealer and get my ecu updated will it change my strategy? also if it does am i gonna have to buy new tunes?

Not always. If you already have a recent reflash, it could be a FICM update only. You should read your strategy before you go and after, then contact your custom tuning dealer.

I had an update on my truck and was fine. Once in my Lincoln LS, I lost my tune and had to have it redone.

Oh, not that it was me worried about the stratigy. I completley forgot about returning the car to stock. Actualy, I was in for something under warrenty and they flashed it without me knowing.
