EGR Delete

I already asked what type egr delete to get and im going to get oil cooler when doing the job. How long did it take to do this job. Think I got figured out what to do to do egr delete. Any thing I need to know before tackling the oil cooler. I was looking at getting RCD delete kit and they saying not get new intake gaskets. Is it okay to reuse the old one?

I would reccomend new intake gaskets just because the cost is very minimal compared to the amount of work required to change them out. I would say this would be around a 6-12 hour job depending on mechanical skill and familiarity with these engines.
