I Need Help! What else does this truck need???

So im looking to buy this truck and im wondering if it needs anything else to make it more reliable. '06 F250 Reg Cab 4x4 42k miles

List of mods:

Full built Suncoast Transmission
Elite Diesel stage 3 injectors
Elite Diesel fuel system
5" MBRP exhaust
Custom 70mm turbo 40-45+ psi of boost
Afe stage 2 intake
Accufab intake elbo
Spearco Intercooler
Custom fan schroud with electric fans
Moly roll cage with racing belts
Drive shaft hoops both front and back
Nitrous Express 2 stage
Nitto drag radials on all 4 corners
Detroit true-trac posi rear
Turbo after oiler for cooldown
Egr delete kit
ARP studs

and it has SCT tuning from Elite Diesel but im thinking about going with Matt or Eric.....

CCV catch can.
Transmission cooler
oil bypass filter.
Synthetics in diffs transfercase and engine.
Heat wrapping on the exhaust up-pipes, y-pipe, down pipe.

can you give me a ball park price range on those items? and wheres a good company to buy them from? can you explain more on the key-off oiling system

And get a coolant additive that also helps to prevent cavitation.
I will soon be using 2 bottles of redline for diesel engines.

Yea, the stage 3 (225cc) inj sound heavy on smoke.
