XDP Insight Order...
Did anyone else have an issue with ordering the Edge Insight and finding out that it would be 7-10 days before they had it in stock? Don't mean to 'DIS' a sponsor (well maybe)... but running a 'holiday special' should include having items in stock..

A month ago I ordered a powermax from them because they went on sale. Then the email came saying they were on backorder and wouldn't get it until december. Called them a couple of days after the email and they didn't ecpect them until after January.
Don't get me wrong, i have bought lots of stuff from them. They are great when they have the stuff. They should put a disclaimer on items that aren't currently in stock so we can pay the same price from another vendor that does have them. |

That's odd. Kyle has always let me know if something was on backorder.

On XDP's behalf, when we run specials it always gets us backlogged, our Black Friday/Cyber Monday sale produced in 4 days what our normal weekly sales were.

I ordered the CTS and got the call that it was gonna be on backorder, but dang for that price I can wait. I bet a lot of those got ordered that weekend. Everything else I order from XDP comes lickity split so no big deal to me.

Not trying to bash 'em... I don't have the history w/ XDP like some of you do. This being my first order and having this happen, well I was curious of this was typical or not.

XDP have also been very good with me...havent got much from them but what i have good was good and fast
|

Had a conversation w/Kyle a couple of days ago. He was real straight up kind of guy. Told me when he expected the Insight in and that it would be shipped 'post haste' (my words). And it was. I received it 'next day air' yesterday.
