Center Exhaust

I was wondering if anyone has it? If so is there a kit made or is it something that has to be built. Here is a pic of what I am talking about

yeah, exactly what Rescue said.

my buddies f-350 on 40's he picked up has center dumped exhaust.. and judging by the wiring nightmare under the hood and behind the dash.... it was once a big money show truck as well.

Thanks guys. Do you think if I buy a 5" mbrp and take it to a good exhaust shop, they could cut it and weld it to fit the center exit?
