Maybe we need a section on Forum Etiquette.
Maybe we need a sticky on PM'ing.

END OF RANT.
Easy there - you could have said "bump for more opinions" and saved you some typing.

I'm thinking the only reason it may be a little slow is because most people don't have experience with all the units you specified. Not too many peeps have shelled out the cash for multiple tuners. That's a pretty specific inquiry. Anyways, a bump for ya to bring it ttt.

My apologies... Didn't mean to offend anyone and sorry if I caused any trouble with the thread. Lesson learned.

Glad to see that people are mature over here. On other forums this would start a rant or whatever you call it. Guess that's why this is such a great place to be.
Getting back to the question, I am also thinking the same thing. Would it be more cost effective for just the Livewire? I wouldn't need to get gauges with either, correct?
Yeah, newbie questions.
I could search but the connection is sooo slow over here and my time behind the computer is limited...

Both the Quad Commander http://www.quadzillapower.com/downlo...r_brochure.pdf and the SCT Livewire Livewire Pre-Loaded / Custom Flash Device are excellent choices, that is why we offer both.

The main difference between the two is that the Livewire includes many features to measure performance, outside of datalogging.

Thanks,
Vivian

We don't worry about the search button over here - we like people to talk to each other.
The LiveWire is SWEET. Yes it can take the place of normal gauges but you'll need the external interfaces - check out this write up I did on it:

Sct Livewire

Patrick did send me a PM or posted a message to me once about the Livewire having the wires comming out of the bottom and being kinda a pain to rout or hide - but that may have been for the 7.3 and that was really the only rub he had about the Livewire. Oh, and it was slightly more than buying a chip and commander than getting just the livewire. Hope it helps some!
