problem when switching tunes

i have an sct with innovative tunes and since i got it i have been running ex race with no problems but the other day i went to switch to the tow tune and after the download it basically shut my system down the theft light was blinking so it would not even turn over. i loaded it agin and still no go. i tried the ex street with same results. i went back to ex race and things are fine.

what do i need to do to switch tunes? go back to stock? or contact eric?

I had kind of same problem no security light but had to go back to stock to switch tunes called sct it's there new program they sent me the old one and wala I could switch tunes without going to stock

i emailed innovative and they are going to tweak my tunes, but they want me to try the going to stock first. will do that tonight and see what happens.
