just bought an sct. got 1 on my dads 6.0 its awesome its the sct x3 part #3000 its locked and needs to be unlocked for 150$ by sct i cant decide if i should sell or use on my old 7.3 will it work as well as it does on the 6.0?

That device will work on any 96-03 7.3 and 03-07 6.0 Diesels.

the sct is better from what i have read on the 6.0.... for the 7.3 i would look into tony wildman or jody at dp? might ask around the 7.3 forum

can i send those guys my sct and have them custom tune it just like u would a pcm?

The dealer doesn't need the device, they can e-mail you the tunes so you can load them onto the device using the device updater software off the our website.
