Why the 03 turbo?
Whats the deal with the turbo from the 03. I seen that one has 10 vains where as the other 15. What is the gain from switching.

also, because there are less vains, there is less back pressure. slightly lower egts, slightly more hp.

Eh....I didn't notice anything other than whistle. I logged about 100k miles on a 05 turbo, then 40k on a 03 turbo, and am back on a 05 turbo for the past 5k miles.

Yeah, some people just love the loud whiste. A straight piped 03 sounds like a jet driving down the street.

i feel like my 05 turbo is rediculously loud. i still havent been able to get the whistle on video, none of my cameras will pick that high of a sound up. the one is hd and has got all the fancy stuff
