studs in along with new oil cooler and stc fitting!

Well I posted a week or so ago my truck was puking, was going to do the studs and hg's myself but decided to talk to my local dealer first because I'm still under warranty, and to my surprise they said they would do the studs if I provided them (which they do a lot according to the service writer) and also did the stc fitting update at no charge and a coolant flush with vc9 new coolant (which is going by by in a few miles) and a new oil cooler which they did under warranty even though it was not showing high oil temps! I'm pretty stoked they did a great job, didn't say boo about my egr delete because I told them up front and didn't care that I ran tuned as long as I tuned it back to stock while they had it. I was pleased with how I was treated and they respected my knowledge as a diesel tech myself and gave me no run around. Thank you ***** ford in ****** ***** iowa!

Cool deal man. But we have sort of an unwritten rule about posting dealership names that are mod friendly. Wouldn't want Ford to necessarily read that name on here if you know what I mean... I removed it but feel free to PM it to anyone that wants to know. Good dealerships like that are sometimes hard to find. Don't want to blow the whistle on them with corporate...

By the way where do you work? Are you up the hill on 6th st or on the corner of 33rd in C.R.? I need to stop by sometime and get a jug of restore and restore plus..

Oops sorry bout that. I was too excited lol won't happen again. Yes shu I still work at cummins cp, its on intersection of 33rd and 6th across the street to the south of the mcdonald, you'll see the sign man. There's plenty of restore plus in parts dept we never us it, we always flush with the regular restore.
