GETTING NEW INJECTORS AND TURBO

My main concern is reliability. I want these injectors and turbo to last me for a very long time. Can a stock fuel pump handle 190's? I think I want to go with a powermax turbo. Anyone know what would be my best bet?

In short............. NO!!!

You're going to need at least a RR or something like an AirDogII.

The PowerMax and 190's seem to be a good combo with proper tuning though. Who's sticks are you looking at?

I am going to have to second the Casserly's...that is what I will be getting whenever I do switch out. I have read on here that he is doing them again. I know he quit for a while. I would ask Rescue since he seems to keep in contact with Ryan. The only thing I read is that he only does brand new injectors now. This is what I have seen in some threads a while back but I dont know for sure.

I think the Powermax and 190's would be a good combo but I wouldnt go any bigger than that for DD and towing. I have also read both Ya and Na on the RR with the airdog. let us know what you decide to go with and how it works out.

Ryan Casserly @ Full Force Diesel for injectors is the ONLY way to go.

You'll need some kind of pump upgrade if you go with 190's. No way will the stock pump keep up, not even with a RR kit.

Depending on who you talk to the powermax turbo is probably the best way to go for a VGT upgrade. Direct bolt on, nice driveability, and you can clean up some decently large sticks.

Stock pump can do just fine with 190's to clear things up I ran that set-up for 3 yrs no problems with a RR. Now as for maxing out your power, the stock will have a hard time.

Yes Ryan is building 6.0 injectors again but only from new injectors. He will not rebuild cores or bad cores.

Airdog 2 doesnt need the RR, but you can use it, but whats the point to regulate at 2 points.

Airdog 150 with a RR is what Im running and my fuel pressure never moves unless WOT and only then does it drop 2psi.

You can buy straight from Ryan at Full Force Diesel or talk to Adam.

Eric doesnt sell Ryan's injectors, he sells hypermax injectors completely different.
