4" TRUBO BACK MBRP W\O CAT & MUFFLER. LOUD?

I have a stock truck, 6.0L, and have lots to do to it so I'm thinking of the "Complete Solutions" kit from MKM. Thinking of also getting their Stage 1 kit with the aluminized 4" MBRP exhaust system with no muffler or Cat and the S&B intake. Anyone have or had this setup and is it loud, run lower EGT's vs stock?

Any exhaust system with the cat/muff delete will be loud when on the skinny pedal, Even the stock pipes. Staight pipe is almost as quiet as the stock at idle, it's when you get up to about 2000rpm is when it starts to roar. There is a definate drop in EGT.

i have the delete pipes and its to loud especially when i leave for work at 3 AM, im thinking about getting something like a banks or silverline exhaust

Can you just clamp in a muffler with the MBRP system or would it be best to order a system already with the muffler?

Mustangeman I see you have a 03 turbo, I've seen another person listing that as well, is that a stock turbo off an 03? What's special with that model? I was thinking the 07 had the best turbo of the stock 6.0's

The '03s have a loud whistle, that is why some people desire them. Here's a video I made, before and after muffler delete. I have an early '04 with the '03 motor. Even thou I run the Industrial Injection hybrid turbo, it still has the '03 turbine wheel.

Mine is only loud when I get on it, otherwise it's not much louder than stock except it sounds like a hoover at idle.

Mine sounds like a turbine at idle (at the exhaust tip) and I love it. When I stand on it, it makes a pretty good racket. Pretty much like a straight piped big block, which it is. Cruise set @70-75 on the interstate, I don't even notice it. No interior drone, nothing. That's a 4" TBE, no cat, no muffler, 5" tip. I'm thinking of running a resonator and if I don't like it or feel a loss, then gut it and use it for an expansion chamber. That overly loud, full throttle exhaust is fine out in BFE, but I like a somewhat tuned sound.

I've ordered the complete solutions kit which included the MBRP 4". I found out that they have two muffler options that can be installed so I'm going to try it straight and if too loud order a muffler I suppose.
