Heater stopped working?

Last weekend I put new head gaskets in my 2007 Ford F-350 and after that for some unknown reason my F-350 heater stopped working. Can't figure out the reason behind this problem. Fan is blowing, but just not hot. Is there anything I hooked up wrong? Can anyone point me in the right direction and shed some lights on this topic? Is there any specific thing I need to check?

Any help will be greatly appreciated.

There's a heat hose that is black that runs next to your alternator, into a rubber hose that goes into your heater core. About midway between the firewall and alternator there should be a vaccum valve that could have gone bad.

Similar to what "RescueF250" is talking about mine has a electrical line that rests just about on top of the heater control valve that would block it from opening and/or closing. Here is another discussion about the Heater Control Valve with pictures. Control Valve after Service
