Biggest Injectors Stock Turbo
Hey guys, hopefully you all can help me because i haven't found much info. I want to run the biggest injectors i can on a stock turbo. Who has done this and what is your feedback about it? I have a 2003 6.0 and i don't plan on towing at all. I just want a fast daily driver. Then maybe in the furture upgrade to a bigger turbo or get twins. I know ill have to upgrade the fuel system. Thanks in advance guys

155-175CC is max for the stock turbo. If you upgrade to a PowerMax turbo you will have a GREAT combo!!

Adam at FCDP is running 190's with an '03 turbo. That's definitely the max though. But I agree, a Powermax would make it that much sweeter!
Also, I'm glad to see you know you're gonna need to upgrade your fuel system, but you're also gonna need ARP's. |

190's with a LOT of fuel taken out. 155 or 165 is ALL you can really burn efficiently with a stock turbo. With the right tuning you can go crazy fast on stock sticks.

so 190's are the max with an upgraded fuel system. I was gunna see how far i could go on stock bolts then when they blew then get ARP studs. What kinda power is Adam making with 190's and an 03 turbo?

You can blow the headgaskets with stock sticks fairly easily. HEAT is what you have to worry about since you can only take out so much fuel with tuning before you start hurting the injectors.

Yeah I predict that you have three days with the 190's before you blow the HG's.
And Adam is making a good bit of power, I wanna say he ran a high 13 or low 14 second 1/4 mile, and that's in his CCLB Dually on 22.5's! |

What kind of injectors is he running? Who makes the best 190's?

How much horsepower will this make? And how smokey will 190's be? Will innovative's regulative return system be good for the fuel system with an AirDog II?
