just gimmie a sec and some input
so went to indy,indiana on friday and puke a little coolant once on the way down there so im gonna nip this in the bud and delete the egr. im gonna get the sinister kit of course just wanna know if i need to get anything else like a new up pipe and such? also how easy is install?

If you are puking its because your oil cooler is clogged. You need to rebuild that as well. While you're at it flush the cooling system with Restore to clean out the silicate buildup from the Ford Gold coolant that clogged your oil cooler and switch to an ELC coolant so it doesn't happen again.

Do you have to use VC-9 and Restore or just one or the other?

VC-9 is for cleaning scale and iron removal. Restore is specifically for cleaning up silicate residue. If you are low mileage you can probably just do the Restore. If you are higher mileage I would do both.

it might be headgaskets,(which isnt any better) so it doesnt mean for sure its the oil cooler plugged ive never seen high oil temps or high ECT temps and mine has puked twice. could be overfilled, could be bad cap, could be pushing cylinder pressure into coolant causing the over pressure of the coolant.

it is over filled by about an 1/2 inch and there is no white smoke or anything etc... also im only pushin 76,000 miles with an oasis report saying it had one injector replaced so no history of bad egr,studs etc...

If you do work on the exhaust, make sure you soak the bolts!
