The only disadvantage is, find out if your state is/going to do diesel emission testing.

Also not all strategys like a EGR delete and can cause performance decrease and cause the fan clutch to not engage properly.
|
|

Some years will get a check engine light. Have you considered Bulletproof Diesel's modified EGR cooler?

They are late rev VXCF9 if I am not mistaken. By the way you are running a FICM killer now.

I'm running vxcf7n3, I guess I need to update, but could I go with php tuned instead of new update? Or am I off track

That's the direction I would go. I have an early VXCF9. I haven't decided whether to go with Innovative or PHP. Innovative is about 1/2 hr from me. If I can run up there and get the FICM done while I wait I may go that way. If not I'll probably go with the PHP.
