With a hot race tune like custom extreme race from ID you will see boost probably between 30-33psi. Thats what I saw.

Read before posting.... I have a tread out there already about this.... I saw 40 PSI with a stock turbo. If you have any other questions refer to that tread you will see your answers

I saw 37psi on mine when the boost line to the gauge popped off.

The 03 trucks seem to see a little more peak boost than the newer models.

03-04 turbos have approx 3/10" bigger inlet right before the compressor than the 05-07. I have a standard trans as well that may have assisted to. Zoodad and aFe intake manifold were done after I say the 40PSI on an Isspro gauge. IDK if the PCM can/will read more than 32

I have an 03 turbo running on my 05. I am running Matt's SRL+ for studded motors. Best I see is 31. Maybe it'll be more when the temps drop into the frosty zone.
