No Problem man. Get yourself a 2' length of 4 inch exhaust tubing and cut it to length to replace your kitty. Slip that puppy up there and secure with 2 4" stainless band clamps. Weld 4" to 3.5" reducers on to your cat and you can put it back in for inspection in 15 minutes.
