SCT SF3 Question

I just bought my truck a week ago and it came with a SCT SF3.

When looking at it, there is "Strategy Tune" and then there is "Custom Tune", what is the difference?

Under "Custom Tune", there are three tunes "Xtreme Street", "Tow/Brake", and "Xtreme Race". Are these actually custom tunes the previous owner had or are the the factory SCT custom tunes?

Right now it looks like the truck has the "Tow/Brake" tune.

I tired searching but couldn't find anything.

The Xtreme Street, Tow/Brake and Xtreme Race tunes are custom tunes from a SCT dealer, the pre loaded tunes are Performance, Street and Tow. Looking at the names for the custom tunes it looks like Innovative Diesel made the files.
