who makes the best transmission and why
Alright well tranny is getting replaced in the next month or so I am leaning toward BTS just because I have never heard a negative thing about that company or its products. Any other transmissions I should consider? I am not going with suncoast or ats just to get that out of the way.

NADP if you can afford it. Best out there, by far. Shawn Ellerton (1064 HP) just went through his trans after hundreds if dyno pulls and drag raves, and no damage whatsoever!

there is always John Woods! I have never heard of a single complaint from any of his customers.

I second the NADP. BTS would be my second choice.

I really havent heard to much about john woods but I have heard good things about nadp. My future mods are a powermax turbo and somewhere between 175-190cc injectors. Mostly just daily driving, i will tow cars/trucks around maybe 1-2 times a month and i may visit the track every once in awhile/rarely. So with that info what do yall think.
and what are the big differences between bts and nadp? |

John Wood has a great reputation with the 4R100's but I haven't heard anything about him doing the 5R110's.

nadp and bts are the same price so I am confused on what to do now

Where are you located? If you are anywhere close to BTS I would just take my truck there and let them take care of it. If not and I had to ship the trans in I'd get the NADP.
