Spartan or SCT?

Anybody else running the phalanx who has before ran the SCT or the other way around? Would like to hear some opinions if so.

The only member on here I know of that runs spartan is 06powerstroke06 I think

I love the Spartan, the dashdaq is my favorite part and have considered getting one for my 06 as well. As for tuning matt's tunes for the phalanx are very good and very comparable to custom sct tunes. If you are wanting to stay relatively stock ether Spartan or sct you can't go wrong. But if you want to push big hp I would recommend sct just because that's what all the big names use and already have good tunes for high hp trucks.

Im running the spartan too. I cant get them to do anything for me.... Im getting ready to sell the spartan and buy an sct. Biggest waste of money I have ever spent.

I have called them 5 times in like 3 or 4 months. Every time I call them they assure me it will get done. Every time, and every time they are full of it I get no tunes. I have been nice and patient with them and still nothing. There is nothing I can even do to make it right.

That's odd I've never had problems with them.

Have you upgraded your tunes since you purchased the phalanx? I bought it in aug 2009. I have been running the hybrid race which shifts weird from 2nd to 3rd which I am wanting replaced not happening. And now im getting the egr delete and powermax and I need new tunes for those and it isnt happening.

Go with an SCT with custom tunes. You'll be very satasfied

They are nice when I call but I just cant get through to Matt I guess. Its out of hand I just cant believe how bad it is. I dont think I am asking for much.

Yeah but what about the 1k tuner I have which was supposed to be far better than the sct.
